This is a prerequisite for the assessment of most planning applications and provides a baseline for architects, engineers and developers to design and plan the development of your site. 

 

A full topographical survey will also allow quantities to be calculated before work starts and monitored during the construction process. 

Surveys can be delivered in a variety of digital formats, including autocad .dxf or .dwg, MX (Moss) or pdf, to allow quick and easy transfer between client, architect and contractor, or in hard-copy format, at appropriate scales, by prior arrangement.
